Recipes: Fairy Cakes

You will need:
100g / 4oz butter
100g / 4oz self raising flour
100g / 40z caster sugar (but any white sugar seems fine)
2 eggs (beaten)
Icing sugar (I've used ready to roll)
Jelly decorations, hundreds and thousands, sugar stars etc

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) gas mark 5

Whisk the butter and the sugar together until light and fluffy :-)

Add the egg and mix while adding

Fold in the flour

Separate into 12 cases and bake at 190°C (375°F) gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes
until nice and golden
